CBT: Designed for Founders and high achievers
Welcome, it’s so good to have you here!
If you’re a founder or high achiever, you probably know how the same drive that fuels your success can also make it hard to switch off, rest, or feel “enough.”
As a CBT therapist (and founder myself), I help ambitious people like you untangle unhelpful thinking patterns, manage stress and self-doubt, and reconnect with what truly matters - not just what looks successful on paper.
My approach blends evidence-based CBT, self-compassion, and values-based psychology, helping you build resilience and confidence without losing your ambition or edge.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, imposter feelings, perfectionism, or overthinking, this space is designed to help you slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find tools that fit your real life - not just theory.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you - it’s about helping you get out of your own way so you can feel grounded, confident, and fabulous again.
If that sounds like the kind of shift you’re ready for, I’d love to support you on that journey. 💫
I offer in-person therapy in Central London and online sessions via Zoom.
The difficulties I help with (but not limited to are):
Perfectionism
Low self-esteem
Depression
Generalised Anxiety Disorder
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Social Anxiety
Phobias

Hey, I’m Simone - CBT Therapist, mental health expert, founder
Experience
I have worked across higher education, NHS talking therapies, and private practice, supporting a wide range of people with their mental health and wellbeing. I currently lead a Psychological Service in the NHS as a Band 8 Highly Specialist Psychological Practitioner.
With over 10 years in mental health, including 6 years specialising in CBT, I also supervise trainee CBT therapists and provide specialist consultations for professors, consultants, and other professionals. My work spans cultural identity, class, race, and racial oppression, and I provide an LGBTQ+ affirming space for all clients.
I’m a registered member of the BABCP, adhere to their code of ethics, and receive regular supervision to ensure my practice remains ethical, grounded, and effective.
Outside therapy, I work in the music industry, so I understand firsthand the pressures of competitive, creative environments and juggling multiple pursuits — giving me unique insight into the mental load of ambitious, high-performing clients
